Product Philosophy
Land Saving: Compared with traditional building systems, our products increase the building area.
Energy Saving: Compared with brick walls, our products decrease energy consumption
Water Saving: The dry construction operation consumes 10% of the water used in traditional construction.
Material Saving: 90% of the materials used during construction are recoverable.
Environmentally Friendly
Steel Structure Building System
The steel structure building system is applicable to buildings with 6 floors and lower.
Light Gauge Steel Structure Building System
The light gauge steel stud structure building system delivers cutting-edge technologies and reliable performance, and saves energy as well as environmentally friendly.
The STC light gauge steel structure system is an effective and green building system with an advanced structural technology integrated with interior and exterior decorations and fixtures, heating and electricity systems.
0.4-3.3 mm thick galvanized steel sheets are rolled into thin-wall steel studs with C and U-shaped sections which are combined into wall plates, floorslabs and roof trusses through mass production, and can be assembled directly on site.
Safe and Durable
Wind-resistant: 1500 N/m^2
Earthquake resistant: Up to 7.0
Snow load: up to 1000 mm
Durable: The heavily-galvanized process delivers a structural safety guarantee of 95 years. With the galvanization density of the light gauge steel studs up to 270 g/m^2, is capable of self-restoration in case of damage, which protects itself from corrosion and extends its service life. The lightweight building materials are free from inflammation, mildew, and bugs. Compared with wood structural houses, the light gauge steel structural system reduces creep strains effectively and well as delivering superior residential performance.
Extensive Applications
Varying climates and areas: applicable to a variety of climatic zones ranging from frigid environments to tropical zones)
Varying topographic conditions: Applicable to level land and sloped areas as well as a variety of geology and soils such as sandy soil, soft soil and rocky ground.
Varying ways of life: With a diversity of layouts, mass manufacturing residential homes have become reality. Residents are able to divide indoor space however they see fit.
Varying demand for space: The light gauge steel stud structural system meets the demands for diversified space, such as large living areas, receded, raised or overhanging floors, higher sloped roofs. The thickness of the steel stud walls is 200 mm (1/2 to 1/3 the thickness of a traditional wall). The thickness of interior partitions are 99 mm (1/2 of a traditional structure. As there are no main beams in the floor, clearance increases by 100-200 mm, bringing 8-13% more height than that of a traditional structure.
