Project Background
Suzhou Sunshine "New World Center" is a commercial business development complex integrating the Shangri-la Hotel, service condominiums, international 5A class office units with commercial and financial outlets. The main building has 54 floors and is 232m in height. Currently, this building is the tallest building in Jiangsu. In the main building, the 5A class office spaces are located on floors 7 - 26, and floor 27 and above are guestrooms for the Shangri-la Hotel.

All the guestrooms are elegantly designed and showcases the full luxury of the Shangri-la. Both standard rooms and suites are spacious and cozy. The interior design of the guestrooms is exquisite and all the rooms are equipped with complete living facilities. The hotel itself also has advanced meeting facilities, which is ideal for meetings and banquets.
