Procedures
1. Unloading
A. Container should be pulled to open flat area on the site.
B. Open the container and pull the prefabricated bathroom unit to a position convenient for fork lifter operation (as in pictures 1 & 2).

Note: When pulling the bathroom unit, have 4 persons holding both sides firmly and pull straight out, so as to avoid damage to the gypsum wallboards.
C. Insert the arms of fork lifter 1.5m down into the lower central area of the bathroom unit pallet (as in pictures 3 & 4).

Note: Observe the top of the gypsum wallboard when operating the folk lift so as not to damage the wallboards.
D. When the bathroom unit is lifted securely, operate with care and place it to a position reachable for the tower crane, then pull out the arms of folk lift (as in pictures 5 & 6).

Note: Extra care should be taken to avoid lifting the unit too high and bumping the gypsum wallboards.
2. Hoisting
A. Fix the wire rope to the hoisting ring on top of the bathroom unit, and lift the unit slightly above to verify if the proper centroid position of the unit has been maintained, make sure the unit remains in stable condition with no inclination (as in pictures 7 & 8).

Note: You can adjust the centroid position of the unit by leveling the hoisting ring, when major balance is maintained, fasten the ring.
